El Layla Johnson, LMSW
Hi! I'm El (they/them), a mixed-race/Black, agender psychotherapist. I conduct therapy such that clients discover, express, and come into more intimate relationship with themselves. My approach is liberation-focused, insight-driven, compassionate, and creative. I am experienced serving those living with depression, anxiety/panic, complex trauma, and chronic illness, including chronic pain and social stigma. My specialty is working with Black, brown and multi-ethnic QTGNC/questioning folks looking to reclaim their sovereign mind so they can get closer to living the life of their dreams. I hold a Bachelors in Philosophy from the University of Washington and a Masters in Social Work from Hunter’s Silberman School of Social Work, and am a graduate of the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis.
